Halls & Bookings
At Lady Bay Church we have two halls available for hire. Both are ideal for children’s parties and for events as well as being in regular use by a number of community groups. Our main church space is also occasionally available for hire to groups looking for a concert venue.

Stage Hall:
Seated Capacity 75, Standing Capacity 100
Kitchen available, including oven, microwave, hob, kettle and fridge, as well as crockery and cutlery for general use.
13 large tables, 7 children’s tables, 9 small square wooden tables, 75 large chairs and 30 children’s chairs (shared with the sports hall)
Disabled access
Fully accessible disabled toilet with baby changing facilities.
Dimensions: 9m by 12m plus a stage (if required); ceiling height 3.2m

Sports Hall:

For one-off bookings, the halls are most frequently available on Saturdays. It may be possible to hire on other days, however, due to the timings of our regular bookers and church activities, availability is limited.

Regular hire
When booking the hall you’ll need to book and pay for all the time that you will be in the hall, including set up and pack down time. A minimum of 15 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to pack away is required as some limited cleaning is required from users after hall use.
We have different costs based on whether you are a charity or a business, how regularly you book and which hall you are booking. If you would like a quote for your regular hall hire, please fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
